Barbados Reiki Association

The monthly general meeting of the Association takes place on Thursday, July 1st, 2010 at the Main Guard, The Garrison, St. Michael from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Invocation
2. Review and Confirmation of the Minutes of the Meeting of June 3rd , 2010
3. Matters Arising from the Minutes
4. Review of Complementary Health Day
5. Update on Matters Related to Standards
6. Any other business
7. Group Reiki Healing Session
8. Closing

All members and Reiki initiates are warmly invited to attend and to take along a Reiki friend.

Here’s the schedule of demonstrations for the Complementary Health Day on Sunday June 27th from 9.30am at the Ursuline Convent.

Here’s an updated poster featuring therapies that will be available at this year’s Complementary Health Day on Sunday June 27th from 9.30am at the Ursuline Convent.

This year the Barbados Reiki Association and Reiki friends participated in BIMEX 2010 on May 24th and the UWI Health Day on May 28th.

The association continues its engagement with the community with its main annual event – a  Complementary Health Day.This year the event takes place on June 27 at the Ursuline Convent Hall from 9.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.

In addition to Reiki treatments, other complementary health modalities will be showcased. Treatments in all modalities on offer will cost a modest fee.

Some of the modalities which will be on offer include:

• DNA Activations
• Reflexology
• Massages
• There will be various products on sale
• Botanical products
• Feng Shui products
• Crystals

There is a $ 5.00 entrance fee.

Snacks and drinks will also be on sale.
