Dear Members

Please be informed that the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Barbados Reiki Association will take place on Thursday, February 3rd, 2011 at 7:00 pm at The Main Guard (Clock Tower), The Garrison, St. Michael.  Please find attached the Agenda for the AGM, as well as a copy of the Minutes of the AGM of February 4th, 2010.  Please print out and bring along copies to the meeting.  If you wish to have any other items added to the Agenda, please do not hestitate to inform me.

The Association’s Board of Directors for the period February 2011 to January 2012 will be elected at the meeting.  The seven posts to be filled are noted on the Agenda.  Please be reminded that only members in good financial standing may vote.  The Treasurer will be available before the start of the meeting to accept the annual membership fee of BDS$50.00.

Also enclosed are a Nomination Form and a Ballot Form.  The closing date for nominations is Thursday, January 27th, 2011.  You may use the Ballot Form if you wish to vote, but are unable to attend the AGM.  Please note that each member is entitled to a single vote per position.

Please make a special effort to come out to the AGM and to bring along a Reiki friend.  All Reiki initiates are invited to attend.
