The Barbados Reiki Association is pleased to invite you to attend a special monthly meeting on Thursday, August 4th, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Main Guard (Clock Tower), The Garrison, St. Michael.  The meeting is open to all Reiki initiates, both members and non-members.  The entire two hours will be devoted to group healing.  Do come out and bring along a Reiki friend for this special healing session!

Healing Hands – July 2011

The Association’s monthly meeting takes place this Thursday, July 7th, 2011 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Main Guard, The Garrison, St. Michael.  The meeting will start with a 45 minute group healing session, which will be followed by a business session that will focus on reviewing the recently held Complementary Health Day and sharing information on upcoming events, including the 3rd Annual Caribbean Reiki Gathering to be held in Jamaica in September.  The meeting will conclude with a guided meditation led by Trevor Davis.

The Reiki Association of Jamaica is pleased to host the Third Annual Caribbean Reiki Gathering, which will take place in Kingston, Jamaica from Thursday 22^nd September to Sunday 25^th September 2011. The theme this year is Living Reiki.

Cost: The Gathering attendance fee is US$120 for early-bird registration (before 15^th July 2011) and US$135 thereafter. This covers all conference material, lunches, trips and activities… including refresher courses. Apart from the Thursday cocktail and dinner, participants are responsible for evening meals (a hearty lunch is guaranteed, however).

Location: Morgan’s Harbour Hotel is located in the old capital Port Royal, across the harbour from the current capital city, Kingston. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Norman Manley International Airport, and has a complementary shuttle bus service.

Room rates for the “REIKI” group are:

• US$76.00 a night for single occupancy
• US$109.00 a night for double occupancy

The rate includes hot breakfast and access to hotel facilities. Water-sports may attract additional fees.
