Monthly General Meeting – September 2011
Dear Members and Friends
The monthly general meeting of the Barbados Reiki Association takes place this Thursday, September 1st, 2011 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Main Guard (Clock Tower), The Garrison, St. Michael.
The meeting will begin with a 45 minute group healing session, followed by a short business session, after which there will be a video presentation of part 2 of the video “The Usui System of Reiki Healing: Aspects and Elements”.
You may recall that last year we viewed part 1 of this video in which Phyllis Lee Furumoto, Lineage Bearer, presented on four aspects of Reiki (healing technique; personal growth; spiritual discipline; and mystic order). In part 2, David Paul Mitchell, Head of the Discipline, presents on nine elements (treatments, symbols, initiations, money, spiritual lineage, oral tradition, history, precepts and form of teaching).
You will not want to miss this deeply thought provoking presentation. Do come out and bring along a Reiki friend.
