Universal Kabbalah

September 26^th and 27^th 2009

The Universal Kabbalah is a system given to us to understand and know ourselves; a system which enables each of us to individually connect or reconnect to God and the spark of Divinity within, also known as the God Essence.

This form of the KABBALAH is pure in the sense that it is not entwined with religion or dogma.

The Universal Kabbalah answers the questions:

• Who am I?
• What am I?
• Where did I come from?
• Where am I going?
• What is my purpose?

The Kabbalah is about the Tree of life – a symbol for our DNA, creating Heaven on Earth, manifesting your dreams into reality, and discovering who you truly are.

On this journey you will have the Tree activated in your aura and participate in a transformational and empowering journey of personal growth and spiritual evolution.

Completion takes about one year as you journey up the Tree of Life in four separate weekends.  The last weekend is a retreat in which you will fully ascend the Tree of Life.

Greetings Reiki Friends,

You are invited to join with other Reiki practitioners every August 15th to celebrate Usui’s birthday in the Usui 21-Day Retreat that starts at that time. This Retreat is not limited to one location, but takes place wherever you may be. It lasts for 21 days during which time we (mutually) intend that the highest good of all concerned will be served, and that our community experience will generate a deep, very nurturing ocean of shared Reiki.

Please join the Retreat by following an example set by Dr. Mikao Usui, it is our plan to set aside time to reflect, open our minds and hearts to fresh outlooks on life, and look deeply within to discover balance and wellness.

During these 21 days, with your intention always focused on the highest good of all concerned, you may wish to meditate and pray at home (or wherever you may be) and to share distant Reiki with the consent of others in this Retreat. You may wish to plan self-treatment sessions every day during the Retreat, or offer Reiki to others in your community or Reiki Circle.

Some Reiki practitioners work for restoring balance to our planet. This 21-day period supports this work by providing space for sharing that practice with others.

Mari Hall a longtime Reiki practitioner and teacher, currently is the hostess of the Usui 21-Day Retreat and is looking forward to sharing this 21-Day Reiki healing space with you.

The Barbados Reiki Association is organising a Gathering for Caribbean Reiki practitioners. It will be held from 29 October to 01 November at Divi Southwinds. President Kathleen Hurley says: “We know there is a lot of Reiki going on in the region. We wanted to find a way to bring Caribbean Reiki people together to share their experiences of this wonderful healing practice.”

Programme highlights will include: group treatments, meditation sessions, a featured speaker and discussions on the theme of “Unity”. “We chose Unity as our theme because it reflects our aims for the Gathering and for the future,” comments Kathleen Hurley.

She adds: “We hope to make this a regular event, so we can bring the Caribbean together in yet another area.”
