Here are a couple of tasty and healthy recipes to help tone and maintain a healthy belly.
Veggie-fast blast: Organic celery, spinach, beets, cucumbers, parsley, ginger, lemon and spirulina.
Spicy Pakisatani-Asian Stir-fry:A variety of fresh veggies (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, red onions, green peas, fresh garlic and ginger) stir-fired with light extra virgin coconut or olive oil. Your choice of organic chicken breast /beef strips.
Alternatively, pure veggies served on top steamed brown rice
Now for a little sweet…
Carob Halvah: Sesame seeds, carob and pure, raw honey
Freshening Oatmeal Scrub: Mix together 3 cups traditional, old-fashioned oatmeal; 2 cups wheat bran; and ¼ cup aloe gel. Spoon the mixture into a piece of fine-mesh cheesecloth or a nylon stocking and add the package to bath water. After soaking, rub the bag over your body to cleanse, smooth and freshen skin. (In a pinch, you can use the oatmeal alone)
Tropical Citrus Zinger: Add about 1 cup of juice of any one of more citrus fruits (lemons, oranges and grapefruits to warm bathwater. The acid in the fruit kills bacteria, purifies the skin, balances excess oil, and brightens your mood.
